Access and accurate facts
Set up delegated access to the website, Google Business Profiles, and available analytics. Record real services, service areas, approved assets, contact routing, and publishing permissions.
A baseline and first improvement
Record the search and inquiry evidence available, with its limits. Ship one agreed, bounded improvement and verify the affected live pages or contact path.
The first 30-day queue
Rank the first four monthly improvements across the account. Document the routine, the update format, and which decisions need your input.
Fit review
Send your website, services, and locations. We confirm fit and the written scope before asking you to pay for setup.
Readiness
Confirm delegated access, accurate business facts, approved assets, and the person responsible for decisions. We agree timing once these are available.
Setup work
Establish the baseline, configure the approved workflow, and implement the first bounded fix. Missing access or unresolved facts can affect the schedule.
Handoff
Review the completed setup and first 30-day queue. Monthly billing and delivery begin after setup is accepted under the agreement.
Your part.
Name one decision-maker. Supply current business facts, authorized images, and delegated access. Agree the routine publishing permissions and respond to essential questions. Keep ownership of your accounts; passwords and access tokens do not belong in the inquiry form.
The boundaries.
Setup covers one existing website and up to three eligible Google Business Profiles. A rebuild, migration, custom integration, profile reinstatement, or ongoing social and advertising work needs a separate scope. Setup does not promise a ranking or lead result within a fixed number of days.
