The QA gate, adapted for local
Every post is scored against your brand rules and local-relevance signals before it publishes. If it doesn't clear the threshold, it's blocked and re-run — not shipped.
A senior operator reviews the week's output every Friday. You get a short report: what published, QA scores, and anything held back.
Fail-closed by design
The system refuses to publish work that doesn't clear the gate. Silence is a feature: nothing bad ships just to hit a schedule.
Setup
$1,500 one-time install: brand rules, technical baseline, publishing + local config, and QA gates.
Monthly
$2,500–3,500/mo depending on locations, cadence, and channels. Month-to-month after the first 90 days.
Locations
Base covers 2 locations. Additional locations are +$300/mo each. Example: 5 locations is typically $3,400/mo ($2,500 + 3 × $300).
Sprint credit
Clients who complete the $2,000 Engine Setup Sprint receive the full $1,500 install credit when they continue into the monthly Engine.
What pushes it to the higher end
- More than 2 locations (+$300/mo each)
- Higher publishing cadence
- More than 2 social channels
Maps, social, and content are also sold standalone.
Google Business Profile, social, and blog content are included in Content & Local Engine. Operators who only need one of them can buy that SKU on its own.

Month-to-month after the first 90 days. The 90 days gives the engine time to establish cadence and show output.
How do extra locations price?
The base monthly covers 2 locations. Additional locations are +$300/mo each. A 4-location operator is typically $3,100/mo. Cadence and extra channels can still move the quote inside the $2,500–3,500 band.
Who owns the content?
You do. Everything the engine publishes is yours — and it stays yours if you cancel.
How fast does it launch?
The engine is live in about two weeks: week one is config and brand voice, week two is the first scheduled runs.
Can I review posts before they go out?
Yes. There's a review window built in. Most clients move to spot-checking once they trust the gate.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything already published stays yours. We hand off the content and any assets we built.
Do you write it by hand?
We run a proprietary production process with a senior editorial review on everything. What you judge is the gate, the schedule, and the review — all verifiable.
