Four substantial improvements
Four bounded work units per month across the whole account. A unit could improve one service page, repair a related contact flow, resolve a technical SEO issue, or add a useful article where a real gap exists. Small edits are not counted as separate units.
Up to three Google Business Profiles
Weekly review of connected profiles, useful posts when there is a verified update, and a small batch of accurate listing corrections. No filler posting. Public review replies and substantive business-information changes are proposed for approval.
One evidence-based queue
Search and page evidence inform the queue. We work on the strongest four opportunities and prioritize critical contact-path defects. New requests enter that queue; they do not create unlimited extra work.
Short written updates
A concise monthly summary covers completed work, relevant performance evidence, limitations, and the next priorities. Material exceptions are raised when they need your input. Calls are optional when a decision needs discussion.

Every selected improvement has a specific problem, a bounded change, and a verification step. Routine delivery is AI-assisted, with automated checks and an accountable operator handling exceptions.
Your real services, service areas, contact details, and publishing permissions are established during setup. Unverified business claims are held or omitted. Short updates show live work and the evidence available to assess it.
Exceptions are made visible
If a required check fails or an essential fact is missing, the affected change is held. The update explains what is needed so the rest of the agreed work can continue.
Setup
$2,000 one-time setup covers the readiness review, access and business facts, measurement baseline, one bounded improvement, and the first 30-day queue.
Monthly
$2,750/month, paid in advance. Monthly service begins after setup is accepted on the agreed date. Billing and termination terms are set in the written agreement.
Locations
One website and up to 3 real, eligible Google Business Profile locations. The four monthly improvements are shared across the account, not multiplied by location. Larger portfolios need a separate scope.
Setup Sprint
Setup is required before monthly delivery. Work starts when the required access and business facts are available; we confirm the schedule after the readiness review.
Billing
Setup and monthly service are paid in advance. Billing dates and termination terms are set in the written agreement.
Stack
Existing WordPress or Next.js websites, subject to the readiness review. Hosting, software subscriptions, and third-party usage fees remain client expenses.

A supporting article is one option, not a quota.
Some months the most useful work is on existing service pages or contact forms. Other months a new guide answers a question your buyers are asking. The four-unit allowance remains the same.

One coherent fix or page improvement with its own acceptance check. For example, materially improving a service page and its contact links, fixing a related form flow, or resolving an indexing defect. A batch of tiny metadata edits is not counted as several units. You receive four units per month across the account.
Can I start with one location?
Yes. The service covers one website and up to three real, eligible Google Business Profiles. One location is enough. Additional profiles do not multiply the monthly website allowance, and we do not create fictitious locations or duplicate service-area pages.
What happens during setup?
We confirm fit and readiness, collect access and business facts, establish the measurement baseline, ship one bounded improvement, and prepare the first 30-day queue. Setup is $2,000 and required before recurring work. We confirm timing once required access and facts are available.
How involved do I need to be?
Name one decision-maker, provide accurate business facts and approved assets, and grant the required access. Agree on routine publishing permissions during setup. Then read the short updates and respond when a business fact, permission, or change of scope needs your judgment. There is no required standing weekly call. Routine client reporting is monthly, with material exceptions raised as needed.
Are social posts or paid ads included?
No. Google Business Profile work is included. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and creative production need a separate written scope.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI assists research, drafting, implementation, and verification. It works within the confirmed business facts and publishing permissions. Jason is accountable for the work and handles exceptions; we do not present automated checks as independent professional certification.
How do you measure success?
We review relevant search visibility, visits to useful pages, working contact paths, and available inquiry evidence. Clicks are not completed calls, and form events are not proof of receipt. Bookings and revenue are reported only when a reliable authorized source supports them.
What if the website needs rebuilding?
We identify that during the readiness review. A major rebuild, migration, or incompatible platform needs a separate agreed project; it is not silently added to the retainer.
Who owns the work and accounts?
You retain ownership of your business accounts and the website content and assets created for you. Third-party software remains subject to its own license. Cancellation and handoff details are documented in the agreement.
Is there a contract?
Yes. We provide the written scope, start conditions, billing dates, and termination terms before payment. Monthly service starts after setup is accepted on the agreed date.
Do you accept new healthcare clients?
We are not accepting new behavioral health, addiction-recovery, or mental-health clients, directly or through agencies. Existing experience in that sector informs our operating standards.
