Are there published seat or page rates?
No. We assess the backlog, platform, access, delivery capacity, and support requirements, then provide a written quote. The quote reflects the specific responsibilities and workload.
Do you take behavioral health end clients?
No. Behavioral health, addiction-recovery, and mental-health end clients are excluded from new direct and agency engagements.
Is the work AI-assisted?
Yes. Research, drafting, implementation, and checks can use AI. The agreed business facts and publishing permissions apply, and an accountable operator handles exceptions.
